Coakley House combines the style of an Old World "summer cottage" with contemporary comfort. Its unique design--with 35 windows and seven doors!--takes full advantage of magnificent water views and breezes from any direction as we are located on the inlet point of Fresh Creek. Dominating the house is a large living room with two large picture windows on the north and south side, and four doors to the outside. Sharing this view is a dining room, which seats 12. Coakley House has central air throughout. Three of the rooms are matching master bedrooms, each with sea views and private full bathroom. The fourth bedroom offers land views of the front entrance and gardens. Every bedroom has a private full bath. The villa also features a full working kitchen, with upright refrigerator/freezer, 2 restaurant size ice machines, gas stove, as well a laundry room. Also available is our 1 bedroom cottage with private backyard, front porch, laundry and full kitchen. Bedding, linens and dining utensils/cookware are provided. The two acres of land on which the house sits include a 120-foot wooden dock for boat pick-up, a small sandy cove for swimming access, and a waterfront patio. Three ocean kayaks are available for use. Maid/cook service, car rental, and small flats boat rental are available by arrangement. Coakley House's superb location makes it ideally suitable to enjoy some of the greatest flats fishing, reef fishing, and diving in the world. Coakley House is located on the central east coast of Andros, where the 20-mile waterway of Fresh Creek meets the sea. Fresh Creek is known for its shallow water flats. Furthermore, the Andros Barrier Reef is just one mile from shore. We can help with all the fishing and diving arrangements. Fishing guides can pick you up right at the Coakley House
