Our villa is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac covered with lush oaks and palm trees which makes an almost jungle like setting. The Sea Woods community is surrounded by 53 acres of natural environment, where you can truly relax to the sounds of nature. The community has 3 pools( 1 heated during those cooler months), tennis courts, racquet ball courts, a workout room, and sauna. You are a 5 minute walk to the no drive beach, great for sunbathing and families. Nature trails throughout property for walking, biking, or running. Our unit is a 2 bedroom 2 bath Villa and has just become available to renters. The professionally designed and furnished unit is clean and private and is truly a home away from home. The unit has a tropical atrium in the center that brings nature inside. Each bedroom has a queen bed and bath. We have a fully functioning kitchen with all the appliances you would expect in your own home. The backyard features a lush patio area perfect for relaxing in the shade after a day at the beach. You are a 5 minute walk to the beach, and the beach walkover is at a pedestrian crosswalk with a light, that stops trafic within seconds of pushing the button. A 3 minute walk will take you to the grocery store, restaurants, and to get your morning newspaper. The unit is one level and parking is available right in front of the unit.
