Brand new condo. King Master Suite with balcony, walk-in closet and
private bath, 32"LCD HD TV. Queen guest suite with adjacent bathroom
and 32" LCD HD TV. Both have Posture-Pedic mattresses. 2 1/2
bathrooms, full kitchen, dining area with counter height table and 6
chairs with breakfast counter and 2 chairs. Living room has pull out
sofa bed and 42" LCD HD TV. Stereo and VCR. Washer and Dryer in the
pantry. Two porches one with summer kitchen and gas grill and patio
table and chairs. Chaise lounges on poolside patio. This is a gated
community with remote control entry. We provide bed linens, bath
towels, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. Easy walk to ocean
beach approximately 200 yards. Outdoor pool with bathroom and
shower. Maid service is provided before arrival and at departure,
however you may use the washer and dryer to suit your personal needs.
Construction was finished in 2008 so you can be one of the first to
stay in this tastefully appointed townhouse.
