Welcome to our lake home! We live in Mpls, but vacation here year ‘round because we love it so much. We rent it out just a few weeks per year to help pay for the property taxes. :)

You and your family will love our 400 ft of private lake shore, a sandy beach, and a crystal clear lake that’s great for swimming and even better for fishing! We have a paddle boat, inner-tubes, dock, and a boat lift. Boat and jet-ski rentals are nearby. The water depth is great for children and gradually deepens to 5-6 feet at the end of the dock.

The entire lake home interior is finished with beautiful bass wood on the walls and vaulted ceiling and has custom made pine furniture throughout. The master bedroom with a king size bed and bathroom is in the loft and overlooks the main floor kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. The second bedroom and bathroom with two twin beds are also on the main floor. There are two living rooms areas that have a large flat screen TV with cable, over 150 current movies/DVDs, a grand piano, a comfy pull-out bed, and an incredible panoramic view of the lake. Another bedroom with a foldout queen is in the full finished basement. This spacious but cozy 3000 SF house is surrounded by a huge deck that overlooks Lake Belle Taine. The basement has a walk-out to the lake, only 20 yards away.

Our home is at the end of the peninsula, gets no drive-by traffic, and has thick mature trees throughout our property so that you have total privacy. We are one mile from the Heartland Trail (50 miles of paved trail!), and we are just minutes away from many great restaurants, horseback riding, the Forestedge winery, canoe outfitters, golf and unique shopping. After a day of fun you can light up a camp fire in the fire pit and watch the sunset.
