We would like to invite you to come and relax at our beach house located on Broadway Street in Oceanside, just a block from the sand. This home is fully furnished with everything needed to prepare meals, right down to coffee, tea, sugar and creamer. We have a land-line with unlimited local and California long distance calls. Our home has 4 bedrooms and can sleep 6 adults and 2-3 children all in bed. Two bedrooms have queen beds, one has two twin beds with sink and vanity and there is also "Kids Loft", an upstairs room with a king size bed, toys, and games. The home has just been furnished and decorated. There are 2 flat panel TV's with cable, HBO and Showtime a DVD player and Wireless Internet access including a priner/copier/scanner/fax machine. Living Room is spacious with modern decor. Dining Area is large enough to accommodate the whole family. The sand is just a block away and can be walked to in just a few minutes. We have boogie boards, sand toys, beach towels, beach umbrellas, sand chairs and bicycles for your excursions. The back yard is large and grassy, equipped with a 4 burner stainless steel BBQ. Buccaneer Beach/Park is right here as well with a huge park, playground and snack shack. Some other features include a laundry supplies, iron and ironing board, blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner and even toothpaste. Available year round, this home is in a quiet neighborhood setting with local markets, small cafés, and coffee shops. Access to the I-5 and Fwy 78 is literally 5 minutes away by car. Sit out of the front deck and enjoy the ocean breezes or have a play day at the Oceanside pier. There is so much to do between San Diego and LA so you can travel 45 minutes north or south to so many of the popular attractions in Southern California.
