This is a newer 1200 square foot home with 2 beds and 2 bathrooms and 12 foot ceilings throughout with lots of light. Home is air conditioned, of course. Everything in the house was newly bought and top quality, even down to the towels and egyptian cotton sheets. Decorated in soothing southwest colors and outfitted from top to bottom with everything, all you need to do is bring your toothbrush! Absolutely stunning setting- the pictures don't lie, walks outside your door are amazing. Very private and secure gated golf course community, but home is far enough away from course that you don't feel intruded on with a back patio that is very private with lovely views. Layout of home is great for couples travelling together or those wanting privacy, since master bedroom is seperated from the other bedroom by an open plan living/dining room and kitchen. Each bedroom has access to their own bathroom, with the master ensuite having a shower and large walk in closet. Double car garage keeps your car cool. Short easy walk to beautiful pool with mountain views. Pool hardly ever in use due to the fact that most homes in the community having their own pools- homes in the area are in the $600,000+ range. Gym also at pool for those wanting to keep their fitness up. Parking passes in the home for nearby Sabino Canyon, Mt. Lemmon and Madeira Park- all beautiful parks for outdoor activities. Back patio is lovely and quiet, with beautiful views of the desert, flowers, golf course and mountains. Community is beautiful and very well kept and very secure for anyone wishing to travel on their own. Sabino Springs feels like you are in a secluded resort, yet very close to shopping, restaurants and downtown Tucson. Tucson offers lots to do and is a vibrant young University city with an artistic bent with lots of galleries and arts/crafts stores. Weather here is absolute perfection, with 350 days/year of sun with very little humidity. Even during the hottest months of July/August you still get a nice breeze that keeps things liveable. If you are looking for fun in the sun, you can be guaranteed that in Tucson. There is lots for the kids to do here too such as going to a dude ranch, going to the observatory, Biosphere or a number of desert zoos. The city is also very close to the Mexican border (90 minutes from our home), for shopping and beaching.
