Comfortably sleeps 4 people with a pull out sofa couch, and Queen bedroom. There is an A/C unit in the living room, cd player & cable TV. Patio area has great ocean views, table & chairs to enjoy your morning coffee. This fully stocked condo will make you feel at home with everything you need to cook a great meal, including dishware, pots & pans, spices, & coffee. Kitchen has brand new refrigerator, microwave,garbage disposal, oven, and dishwasher. Linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, laundry detergent and supplies are all included.

There is an on-site manager, coded entry elevator, and keyed entry to the pool, & laundry room. Manager of this unit lives on island, and is also available as an emergency contact.
