Situated on Dewey Lake, in the popular Sister Lakes area of Southwestern Michigan...  Dewey lake is approximately 225 acre all sports lake.  A great lake to boat, ski, Jet Ski, fish, swims or just relax.  You have your own 150ft private sandy bottom beach for swimming with a raft, a pier and a row boat.   The yard is completely fenced, and overlooks the lake with lounge chairs, table Weber Grill and a fire pit. This fenced in yard makes it great for small children. The home has 1 private bedroom with 2 twin beds downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs (one room has two twin beds; the other has 5 twin beds). We limit the number of individuals to 9 people and have a no pet policy   The home has a large living room/ dining room and enclosed porch that looks over the lake.  The dining room has a large table that will accommodate all of your party.  The living room has the cable TV, VCR. The home has a phone for local calls only (bring a phone card for long distant calls) internet connection via phone line.  The kitchen is fully equipment (gas range, side by side refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, dishes, silverware and pot/pans.   The home has its own washer and dryer for you own use.       The area features many activities.   There are and several golf courses in close proximity as well as many wineries and fresh fruit stands. Also, for the children there is roller skating, bowling, an arcade, and multiple ice cream stores.   St. Joe also has additional activities including the Children’s Museum, Lake Michigan Beach, and several fine dinning establishments.
