Living Room The Living Room, which overlooks the deck, a pine and oak forest and an East Chop Association Park, has wireless, cable TV and a Vermont Casting propane stove in the fireplace for off-season warmth.
Dining Room The Dining Room table has leaves and seats 10 comfortably. All dishes and utensils are provided. A small desk (not shown) is available for laptop.
Queen Downstairs BR Bedroom has a closet, two dressers and opens with original Victorian double doors to the wrap around porch one step down. This room is great for a romantic couple, mom and dad, or grandparents, when the rest of the crowd is upstairs. There is a full bathroom on this level, so few steps are needed to get around.
Sunporch & Deck Sunporch has two entrances, one to the deck and one to the covered porch, and contains a couch, puzzles, games and the game table for rainy days.

Queen Upstairs BR Waterview Queen Bedroom facing east, for sunrises over the water, has two dressers and a closet.
East Chop & Oak Bluffs Harbor View of East Chop Beach Club and Jetty Beach in sandy area outside Oak Bluffs Harbor (top middle). House is 2 minute walk from harbor in dark green wooded area. Boat ramp is available on our side of harbor.

Property Description

Charming well-maintained East Chop waterview Victorian near beaches and Oak Bluffs. House overlooks woods on one side and Nantucket Sound and sunrise over the water on the other. This former Methodist Campground house was moved to its present location over 120 years ago and has been expanded to sleep 12. Rooms include: (1st floor) living room, dining room, enclosed sunporch, kitchen, pantry, queen bedroom, full bath with tiled shower/tub & heated tile floor, covered wrap-around victorian porch with swing, and open deck with BBQ area. The upper floor has 5 bedrooms, a bathroom & laundry room. After returning from the beach, a private outside shower and change area is in a sunny area in the afternoon. The house is in a wooded area with no nearby busy streets or traffic, and is only a short walk to the public Jetty Beach, the East Chop Beach & Yacht Clubs, the harbor's boat ramp and town. There is parking for 3 cars.
