Property Description

We have a 76 ft long house boat with 3 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. All bedrooms have a queen sized bed and there is a pull out sofa bed that is also queen sized. In total it will sleep 8 people very comfortably. There is a 42" LCD TV in the living room. All bedrooms have TV's, with 2 bedrooms having flat screens. There is a full sized kitchen with a range, refrigerator, and microwave. The dining area has a wet bar. The front deck has a gas grill and table with chairs. The top deck also has a wet bar and stools. Top wet bar is covered and then there is a sitting area with 2 chairs, love seat and table. There are also 2 lounge chairs on the top deck for sun bathing or relaxing. The rate is $3,000 for either Monday (9 am) thru Thursday (4 pm) or Friday (9 am) thru Sunday (4 pm). The deposit for either the week day rental or the weekend rental is $1,500. The rate for a holiday weekend is $4,000 and the deposit is $2,000. If the holiday lands on a Monday, such as Memorial Day or Labor Day Weekend then the rate is for Friday thru that Monday. Dates are confirmed and reserved upon reciept of deposits.
