I have been renting this townhouse for the past two years. I would not think about renting another property. It is a great location, close to evrything in the Cochella Valley. The townhouse has plenty of room and has always been spotless. Very comfortable furnishings. You are very close to the pool and overlooks a green on Palm Valley CC. I will keep returning!
