World Famous Del Mar is a beautiful seaside town only about a 5 minute drive and is one of the most sought after addresses in all of Southern California. Town Del Mar is an area where you will find fine restaurants, boutiques and unique shops. Driving south the next beach town is La Jolla (about a five min. beautiful scenic drive is suggested) and then to Mission Bay and into San Diego where you will find the San Diego Zoo and Sea World (about a 25 min. drive in all). Driving north along the coast are the lovely quaint coastal beach towns of Solana Beach, Cardiff by the Sea, Encinitas and then to Carlsbad where in all of these little towns you will find beautiful beaches, many great restaurants, boutiques and more to do with each having a special flavor of its own. Legoland is also a short drive of about 15 min. to the north.
