Built by David Wolkowski, who built many of Key West's premier resorts, including the Pier House, this paradise reflects his passion for special details. Just past the outdoor shower, walk behind the large scheffeleras, open the gate and find yourself strolling down a Key West secret lane to Duval Street! You will be one of the few and privileged to be able to do this! Just remodeled in August, 2001, this unique house and large private heated pool is surrounded by mature palms, Spanish lime trees, scheffeleras and other magnificent foliage. Completely gated and fenced, you will experience privacy in Key West that is unrivaled anywhere else on our small island. The fully air-conditioned main house has the kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom and bath. The kitchen has everything you will need if you desire to cook during your stay. The dining room seats up to six comfortably, with an oak pass-thru to the kitchen. All along the living/dining room wall are floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that look out onto the pool and gardens. The large bathroom features a completely tiled step-down shower that is 6' x 6', large mirror and sliding glass doors leading out to the pool. The second bedroom and bath are in a separate cottage with sliding glass doors surrounding two sides overlooking the pool and deck. It features a bath that has sliding glass doors which leads out to the pool.
