Our Beachfront home has 2 spacious, separate units, upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, downstairs has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and each has a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and 25 foot covered porch from which to dine and watch the fabulous Rincon sunsets. They can be rented separately or together to sleep up to 14 people. When you step into the garden, with tropical fruit trees, you walk just a few steps to open your garden gate and then you step onto a quiet unspoiled four mile beach. Swim, snorkel or sail in the warm, calm Caribbean waters. Enjoy relaxation and privacy in this lovely home with its glass living room wall which opens onto our porch, where you can enjoy delightful breakfasts, barbeque your dinner or just lay back and enjoy the view, and watch the dolphins and whales pass by Every bedroom has airconditioning, and there are ceiling fans throughout. And we now have WI-FI. There is a great kitchen, washer/dryer, telephone, all linens, beachtowels and beach chairs are provided. We have an outdoor shower to wash off the sand and private parking.
