New construction and fabulous views and amenities make this the choice for your next beach vacation.  We are on a six mile sandy beach, with horseback riding, lighter than air flights, and sand sailing at your doorstep.  The beach itself is perfect for all ages, although the more adventuresome surfers will want to head north of Ensenada for the bigger waves – or, for the truly experienced, a trip to the other side of the Todos Santos Islands is a great way to test yourself! 

Gourmet cooks -- a full kitchen with dishwasher, modern refrigerator and stove, microwave, food processor, juicers . . . you name it, we have it or will get it.  The bright red tile and natural light will keep you happy all day long!  (And the night lighting is great, also.) There are kayaks and beach chairs galore, rocking chairs to sit on the deck and watch the sunset while enjoying a glass of wine (or two or . . .).  We have tons of books, DVDs, CDs, big screen TV with cable, DVR and surround sound, many board games and cards.  Maybe we should just stay in the house and the heck with renting it out. 

Upstairs is a spacious (OK, huge) master bedroom with its own bath.  There is also a daybed which can be used to sleep someone, or a dog or two, or simply to scrunch back in the pillows and read.  You can look out on the beach, day or night, and sigh as you go back to reading.  There are two decks off the master suite, with views all around, and you can make them as private as you want (that would be, children or no children).  Downstairs, two more bedrooms provide sleeping room for 3 (in the bunk room/library) and 2 (queen bedroom).  Each has its own bath, although the bunk room bath is also one that guests will want to use.  It has a high walled shower which would make a nice bath for the little ones.  Or any big ones who want to soak. 

The living room boasts a gas or wood fireplace, the big TV and wonderful views.  The dining area seats six easily, as set up, but can be expanded to seat lots more.  Along side of the house is off-street parking and a small patio.  An outdoor shower adds to the fun and helps keep sand from the beach from being tracked in.  Well, not really, it seems that sand is everywhere, but it’s great fun to take an outdoor shower at any time. 

One of the new attractions is the wine country in the Guadalupe Valley.  During August there is a huge celebration of the harvest of the grapes, with events hosted by the different wineries.  D
