The apartment is centrally located, close to shops and cafes. Also, it's is only a 4, short, blocks, walk, to Lake Erie. There, you will find a nice sandy beach, and a 700 foot dock!!! This is a safe and quiet area.

The room for rent, has it's own private entrance and private bathroom, private backyard, and private driveway.The bathroom is brand new, with a brand new tile shower and new fixtures. The bedroom has new carpet, and new doors. There is plenty of closet space with 2 closets. All utilities included, (electric, heating, A/C, cable tv, water, WI- FI, plus FREE LAUNDRY.)You will have kitchen privlidges, by sharing a large 31 foot kitchen, with a single female. Kitchen includes: washer /dryer, microwave, full electric range, woodburning stove, refridgerator, antique writing desk, sitting area, breakfast nook, optional Full pullout sleeper, & all dishes, linens, silverware provided.

$49.00 for 1 night, 1 person occupancy

$59.00 for 1 night, 2 person occupancy
