The main living area boasts an open floor plan (1600 sq ft) with cathedral ceilings, skylights, wood floors and a loft. A wood stove for warmth, gas lamps for lighting and a push button (electric start) generator to pump water, all encourage a slower pace. Kitchen has ample cooking equipment. Hike on woodland trails or 200 yards down a gorgeous path to swim, canoe or read on a raft. Located just one mile from the ocean. Kayakers can launch at nearby Muscongus Harbor or Round Pond.
