"The Courtyard" is custom built one level private 2500 sq ft home that is built around an open air courtyard/atrium in the center of the home. At night beautiful views of the lights on the Las Vegas Strip and the City. During the day a beautiful view of the mountains ranges around us. A unique design, with an eclectic Southwestern / Mexican motif. Lots of Spanish wrought-iron decorate the windows, doors and inside the home. It is an unusual desert home, one of a kind. Lots of return guests! The location of our vacation home is southeast of Las Vegas and across the street from a semi-private golf course. It is in a safe, quiet residential area with lots of parking and only 20 min. from the strip, 15 min. to the airport. The Courtyard Vacation Home has easy access to the freeway and all the major attractions. The home is single level, 3 Bedrooms (Fourth Bedroom is the Den), 2 full baths and 2 half baths, Dining Room and also an Eat-In Kitchen, Large Living Room, it can accommodate 8 people comfortably without disturbing each other. We have tried to supply you with everything that you will need to have a memorable and stress-free vacation. Fully equipped kitchen (Foodies will love it), all linens, and beach towels for the pool or spa. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed with a walk through dressing room, a large executive bathroom with a garden tub and a separate shower, a 25" TV with cable. The Second Bedroom has a Queen Bed with a full bathroom down the hall, a 25" TV w/cable. The Third Bedroom has a Queen Bed with the use of the full bathroom down the hall. The Fourth Sleeping room is the Media Center (Den), which has a Queen hide-a-bed Sofa Sleeper with a half a bath; the room does have a door that can be closed for privacy, it also has a 27" TV w/cable, a VCR/DVD player, a stereo/3 CD disc changer, movies, games and books. The Living Room has an enjoyable fireplace for that relaxing evening you would like to have away from the casinos while you are enjoying the view of the lights of the city. The home has a sparkling private pool in the back yard; no one is built over looking down into the backyard. Lots of privacy. The pool is perfect for swimming in May through September. If needed October through April it could be pre-arranged to be heated and ready for you to use for an extra charge per day.
