Midway between Boston & New York via I95 or Amtrak. Ferry to Fisher's & Block Island or Orient Point from nearby New London. Spectacular, romantic 'lantern' bedroom has views to Montauk, Watch Hill & Block Island. All season activities include May gardens in spring bloom and the US Coast Guard Academy Graduation, June maritime gathering at the Mystic Seaport with the Sea Music Festival, July 4th celebrations, Mystic Outdoor Art Festival in August. An area rich in history, seafaring, shipbuilding, art & architecture. Visit the Mashantucket Pequot Museum and Research Center, Nathanial Palmer National Historic Landmark in Stonington, Florence Griswold Museum & Lyme Artist Colony, Stonington Vineyard & the Submarine Force Museum. Suitable for adults and well behaved children, our home is most comfortable for 8-10 with 5 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, each with a private bath. The room in the cupola must share a private bath on the 2nd floor and is not suitable for children.
