We have completely renovated and refurnished our condo as described below. Our Condo has two bedrooms and two baths. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed and Master Bath. The a second bedroom has two Queen beds. The 2nd Bath serves the second bedroom and guests. The Living Room has a Queen size pullout sleep sofa, color TV with cable and Combo CD/VCR. There is also a TV with VCR in the Master BR. The Kitchen was completely remodeled and is fully furnished with new side by side frig with filtered water and ice maker, new dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster, and new built-in micro-wave. Our suite also contains a clothes washer and dryer. There are nine Ocean side condo buildings and our building (Annapolis) is the north high rise closest to walking to the Town of Bethany Beach. If you look at the picture of the buildings, you can see the Sea Villas in front. We are in the high rise in back of the Villas on the right side as you're looking at the buildings. We are in the third unit from the right (307) on the 3rd Fl., and have a view looking north towards the Town with a partial view of ocean. While you won't have a full view of the ocean, you'll enjoy being on the OCEAN SIDE at prices comparable or better than across the highway where you have to walk across busy Rt.1 or wait for the shuttle bus. Over the past six years, we have made significant improvements. In 2003, we installed a new HVAC system, and new heavy duty sliding glass doors, and completely updated the 2nd bathroom. In 2004, we completely remodeled the kitchen with new cabinets and appliances; we installed ceramic tile flooring in the kitchen and dining area. We also added new 6 panel doors and crown and base moldings throughout the condo. In 2004, our Annapolis building was completely renovated, including new windows, doors, electrical and fire safety/alarm systems, new siding, and new surfacing of the walkways and decks. In 2005, Sea Colony replaced and updated the Annopolis Building elevators. OUR UNIT IS A NO SMOKING AND NO PET CONDO!
