New kitchen as of June '06 The new custom cabinets are solid maple. There's a full size refrigerator across from the dishwasher, a full size oven and microwave as well. Plus a stacked washer / dryer in the louvered closet.
Gas fired barbecue Nearby your entryway, the informal BBQ is scrupulously cleaned each morning.
Resurfaced in October '05 There are 3 fresh water pools, one at each building. You'll need the key from your unit for access through the security gate. No outsiders need apply!

YOU BE THE JUDGE. Kitchen and bath renovation was accomplished during June '06. The solid maple cabinetry is custom made by Decora. The new, tiled bathroom has the same Hansgrohe wallbar shower found in many 4-star hotels; the tub is slip resistant and has a grab rail for your safety.

* The kitchen is complete with a full size refrigerator and oven, microwave, dishwasher ~ plus all the utensils, cookery and dishes you'll ever want. The stacked washer/dryer is closeted neatly away. There's also a coffee maker ~ even a hair dryer. Carpeted throughout, this condo also has a ceramic tiled kitchen, bath and lanai.

* This is one of the very few Maui Vista units with air conditioning in BOTH the bedroom and living/dining/kitchen area. An 18,000 BTU a/c was installed in the living area and a 12,000 BTU a/c was installed in the bedroom during September '09. No other unit has this much cooling power which you'll appreciate when the tradewinds slacken.

* Ground floor Maui Vista condo #3104 is located in "the quiet building". . . the third building back from any Kihei Rd. noise. The very private ceramic tiled 10' x 13' lanai patio (only available with ground floor units) features a glass top table with 4 chairs and a lush tropical garden view.

* HIGH SPEED CABLE INTERNET ACCESS is provided at no cost. There's even a TEAC sound system that has an iPod dock. And, of course, cable TV.

* Famed Kamaole Beach I is directly across Kihei Rd. opposite building #1. There is a slight walk after crossing the road (maybe 100 yards to a staircase down to the beach.)
