Our Exclusive 2-Bedroom Shipwatch Villa is on the TOP FLOOR (4th Floor) is complete with high-speed internet access! This villa offers a wonderful view of the Atlantic Ocean. Yet, this villa's real emphasis is on luxurious comfort... professionally decorated with custom drapery, designer furniture and colors, crown moulding and granite countertops throughout. Step out onto the wrap-around living room balcony and enjoy the ocean view and refreshing sea breezes.

The bedrooms each have private balconies nestled in the tops of majestic live oaks, magnolias and palmetto trees. Each bedroom also has its own TV/DVD/VCR and private bathroom (with granite countertops). The master bedroom offers a king-size bed (with pillow-top mattress, feather pillows/comforter and a duvet cover). The second bedroom has two queen-size beds (also with feather pillows/comforter and a duvet Villa, this special villa also features a full-size washer and dryer INSIDE the villa - all other Shipwatch villas must use a community washer/dryer located down the hall. It is also fully furnished with utensils, pots & pans, new appliances, CD player (filled with CD's), data ports and a TV/VCR/DVD in the living room. The beach is just an elevator ride away!

Located just 14 miles from historic downtown Charleston, on Kiawah's West Beach, our Shipwatch Villa is just steps away from the Atlantic Ocean (you can hear the surf from your bedroom), and within a short walking distance to golf, tennis, shopping and restaurants.

All weekly summer rentals include free pases to Splash Zone - Charleston's best water park. Splash Zone is located within the James Island County park, just 30 minutes from Kiawah. Splash Zone includes: *200 foot tube slide *200 foot open slide *Caribbean play structure with slides, wheels, and sprays *500 foot lazy river *Recreational pool Be sure to mention Splash Zone when making your reservations.

The villa accommodates up to 6 people - all in beds. No smoking or pets are permitted.

A $400 deposit on your MC or VISA is required to confirm your 2-bedroom oceanfront reservation.
