The Emerald Island Resort is a much sought after vacation destination due to its close proximaty to its neighbor, Walt Disney World (approx. 2 miles), beautiful grounds, and many amenities. What makes us different? We use a local property manger who can take care of any issues, such as maintainence. This villa is also owner-occupied throughout the year and we have made it feel more like a home with many amenities not found in most hotels. We have given all the bed rooms a Disney theme and the villa has an overall Disney-like feel. We have added up-grades such as tile and cieling fans(4) along with free unlimited local, long distance, and world wide calling and a fax. We have also thought of the little things such as a blender, toaster, and extra towels. Our 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath villa is only 2 miles from Disney World and sleeps up to 8. Emerald Island is a gated community with 24 hr. security, clubhouse w/ gym, heated pool, hot tub, tiki bar, internet cafe with WiFi, and is the closest townhome community to Disney. Our villa is centrally located within the Emerald Island Resort, about 100 yards away from the Club House and Main Pool (close but not too close), and overlooks a nature preserve. Mickey's backyard is your home away from home (except better....you're in Florida!) And don't forget the Orlando area other attractions, such as Universal Studios and Sea World, as they are only a short drive away.
