Fully furnished and well appointed with all the conveniences of home. The spacious living areas are tastefully decorated in an elegant tropical island style and new furnishings. This floorplan is entirely situated on the second level, providing optimal privacy and does not face directly into another unit. The large lanai has a table set perfect for romantic dining, plus additional casual seating for four more. The LIVINGROOM is a comfortable place to relax, watch TV (DVD, VCR, and surround sound provided) or play board games (provided). We also have a large video library to choose from, as well as, access to over 200 cable channels (including HBO and a TiVo recorder). The fully-equipped KITCHEN features quality appliances and all the necessary small appliances, pots, pans, dishes, glassware, and utensils. The refrigerator has a dispenser for filtered cold water and ice. The DINING ROOM table seats six and is ample enough for serving a formal dinner. The spacious MASTER BEDROOM SUITE has a queen-size bed, color television, and DVD player. The MASTER BATH features dual sinks and an extra large executive shower with built-in seat. The SECOND BEDROOM is also similarly well appointed with queen size bed and tropical style furniture, TV, VCR, DVD, mirrored closet and a smaller private lanai. A desk adjacent to the second bedroom provides work space for your laptop or for writing postcards. The spacious SECOND BATHROOM has a tub with shower. The THIRD BEDROOM has two twin size beds with new high quality, quilt top mattresses (these are adult quality, not the flimsy bunkbed mattresses). This room also has a TV with DVD player. The third bedroom shares the second bath. A GARAGE plus one assigned space provide on site parking for two (2) cars. There is also a Foosball Game table in the garage for your entertainment.
