This one bedroom oceanfront unit is totally renovated with queen size bed, nightstand and dresser in bedroom, including TV/VCR and ceiling fan. 16 x 16 Italian tile throughout the unit. Extra dresser and wall unit in hallway with stereo, tape player and CD. Plenty of books to read and tapes to watch. Brand new queen size sleeper sofa in living room with interspring mattress. All new applicances, including full size radiant range, refrigerator with ice maker and filter and dishwasher. Entire unit has a sailboat motif, done in blues and greens.
