Master bedroom downstairs with king bed - large bathroom Study downstairs - could be considered bedroom with sofa that turns into bed. Living room downstairs - sofa turns into bed. Additional bathroom downstairs, along with master bathroom. There is also a bathroom outside for the pool. The house could comfortably sleeps ten. There is a pool room with a pool table with river view Kitchen and breakfast room with view of pool and river. Dining room is off the kitchen. The phone to the house can only be used to 911 calls - it does not accept incoming calls.
