Stoneybrook is located only 10 minutes from the Fort Myers airport, 15 minutes to the beach and 15 minutes from Naples, Florida. It is across from the Miramar shopping outlets. The decor is neutral, warm and inviting. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, walk in closet and large bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds. There are TV's in both bedrooms and the living room. Ceiling fans can be found throughout the villa. There are furnished front and back lanais that overlook the championship golf course. Included in the villa is a washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, breakfast nook off the kitchen that seats 6, and a formal dining room and living room. Also included is a telephone, towels, and linens. There is a one car attached garage.
