The house, originally built in 1907, is shaded by tall old trees, has a blue stone driveway bordered by lilacs, and a beautiful perennial garden surrounding the wraparound porch which has an outdoor fireplace and is furnished with white wicker rocking chairs and settee, as well as an outdoor dining table and chairs. In the back there is a deck with a gas grill, outdoor dining table and chairs, and a 16'x 32' heated swimming pool with wide steps for underwater sitting/sunning.
