Turtle Camp has been a family owned property for three generations in Sargentville. The original camp was replaced in the early 1990s with today’s beautiful, more modern 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom open concept design. Enjoy ocean views from practically every window! The first floor hosts an open living room, dining room, and kitchen along with a bedroom off the living and full bathroom. Upstairs you will find two large bedrooms and half bathroom.

Sitting on a narrow peninsula, Turtle Camp has waterfrontage on three sides. Take the stairs down to Middle Cove on the left or take the Cedar lined path to the right and enjoy the beach and waters of Eggemoggin Reach. This is an ideal spot for kayaking, canoeing, swimming or searching the beach for shells and other treasures.

Because the property is close to the shore, the drilled well produces only salt water. Therefore, rain water is collected in a cistern and is treated through an ultraviolet system. The water is safe to drink and cook with but bottled water may be preferred. We will provide a small amount to get you started.
