Whether looking for a private honeymoon cottage, a great family vacation spot or a comfortable place for a group of friends or family re-union.

Our accommodations include a cozy two bedroom cottage, elegant 2 bedroom villa, and spacious three bedroom chalet style home,  PLEASE NOTE:  (These are clustered homes and NOT one large building with several rooms.)  All of our accommodations  include air conditioned bedrooms, along with full kitchens for extended stays giving guests the option to prepare meals and snacks.

We are located 5 miles above the town of Rio Grande in the peaceful countryside bordering the Rio Grande River.
The town of Rio Grande is located half way between the metro area of San Juan and Fajardo at the eastern tip of the island making this a convenient location to enjoy the natural attractions of the east coast while easily driving to the metro area for cultural attractions and night life.

The accommodations are spread over 3 acres of tropical landscaped grounds featuring fruits, flowers, lush plants and offering amazing sea and mountain views.

For your comfort fun and convenience we offer free wifi, A/C in bedrooms, Sat TV, a shared pool, beach towels, beach chairs, BBQ grills, full kitchens in each accommodation, and all the basics to get you started on your stress free vacation. All our accommodations are tastefully decorated and updated.

Note: It is necessary to rent a car if considering our accommodations as there are no reliable or public transportation options outside of the SJ metro area. There are no stores or dining options within walking distance but all of our accommodations do feature full kitchens.
