This is a very well maintained and ammenity packed cottage right on the south shore of Lake Ontario between Niagra Falls and Rochester. Perfect location to visit several areas including Buffalo as well. The cottage itself sits on a beautiful lawn with trees, the lake shoreline and amazing views. What's Included: Air Conditioning, Cable TV and Road Runner Internet Service with WiFi.There is a TV in the livingroom and each bedroom, VHS/DVD player in livingroom, VHS in one bedroom, stereo-radio & CD player and a set of speakers inside and a set outside on both the lake side and road side decks. Each bedroom is furnished with a dresser, closet and a KING SIZED BED (lots of pillows). The bath features a bath tub and shower,hair dryer,cloths iron. There's a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is complete with oven/stove, microwave, full size refrigorator/freezer, coffee maker, Britta water filter, toaster, bagel toaster, air popcorn popper, coffee bean grinder, blender, a very nice selection of pots and pans, cup cakes pans, cookie sheets, dishes and silverware, as well as paper goods, plastic wrap, foil, baggies; just like home. Fresh linens and towels are provided. Bring your own food and drinks, though basic condiments are provided. The cottage is on public water, not the lake water system. There are two decks with picnic tables, a hot tub and gas grill. The hot tub is a classic 6 person tub with a custom double pump that will push more power than you have ever experienced! You can pump one full horse power out of a single jet. The jets can be adjusted down to a soft mellow flow as well. The gas grill is an extra large custom grill with lots of space for your grand grilling creations, it''s a beauty! This is an amazing property where you can truly feel comfortable and relax.
