It is 300 feet from the beach via a path from the house over the dunes onto the beach. The house has 300 feet of beach frontage and access to long, long stretch of often empty beach in addition to that. To the left a wide beach stretches down to a rocky promontory with tidal pools, ideal for children. The house is located 5 miles from Kennebunkport. Kittery outlets and LLBean for fun shopping. Portland Children’s Museum for rainy days!
