There is a dramatic vaulted rock fireplace wall with 32" Flat Screen T.V. with surround sound. The creek that runs under the house feeds a large pond in the front yard, whose fountain automatically turns on at 10:00 am for your morning coffee and turns off at 6:00 pm. This is the most peaceful vacation home you will ever visit. It is tucked amongst the trees and early in the morning wild turkeys come to drink at the edge of the pond. If you want, bring a bag of corn with you to feed them. The home is owned by an interior designer who has restored the property. There are new kitchen floors, slate counter tops and all new appliances, new downstairs and upstairs bathrooms, new carpet in the living-dining and downstairs bedroom, a new washer-dryer and a carpeted screened in patio and hot tub area, plus more. The carefully designed landscaping has a moss covered backyard with an overhead trellis, barbecue and creek side walk. The front yard with its gardens, waterfall and fountain add a special note to your vacation. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening dinner in the screened in patio that faces the creek on one side and the pond and fountains on the other. The screened hot tub room is a special romantic touch to the end of the evening. There is a community clubhouse with a pool and tennis court.
