The nautical themed buildings are perched above blue waters, surrounded by gardens, lawns, and great smooth granite rocks, and are a few steps from a sandy beach and dock. Interior and exterior spaces are merged in this unique cottage: buildings are linked by a covered deck; a 28' folding glass wall opens the cottage living room completely to screened porch; 8' barn-style boathouse doors open to sunny deck that steps down to lawn, leading to the water. Seals, egrets and other wildlife can be seen sunning themselves on surrounding rocks. Every dream needs a place to land.
